Refocus your faith by giving up control - Devotional Day 10
How will you exalt Christ at your lowest moment? God wants us to lift him up and see the beauty in the chaos because through that you will grow. Stop telling yourself "I can't do this" "I will never be good enough" I can't, I won't. God does not see you that way. He sees you with such a huge potential, more than you will ever see yourself with. His word tells us to come to him, to give him our worries because he cares about us. That he sent his son to set us free, to be a light in this dark world. A light that is going to expose the darkness, Jesus came to rescue you. He says, would you just let go and let me handle it. Will you please just trust me for once. He wants every single part of your heart and your life, be vulnerable, be honest. When you pray, don't pray as if everything is okay. God sees your heart and he knows if you're being honest or not.. stop trying to hide.
I am so passionate about sharing the love of Jesus Christ because of what has been done in my life. Because of the way that my life has been transformed into a life of joy and peace. I want you to experience the same thing and to feel what it's like to not walk around with such a heavy weight of worry and stress. I hope and I pray that this 10 day devotional was helpful in any sort of way. I also pray that you would live a transformed life. To die to your fleshly desires, to die to the things God says are evil and wicked. It's a daily intentional lifestyle, and it's a spiritual and physical battle, but with God he makes everything so possible. Come to him with an open heart, accept him into your life so that you don't feel like you're doing it alone.
Next devotional will be on how to live a transformed life. Dying to yourself and saying yes to God.
God I am so thankful that you have allowed me to do this. Thank you that you have given the courage and the resources to be able to speak light to those who need you. I pray that whoever stumbles across these devotionals, that they would see that your way is the best way. May they taste and experience you, your honor, your glory, presence, and love. You provide all things and make every way possible. All you want from us is to accept you, love you, have faith in you, and to follow your ways. It's not an easy life but it's such rewarding life to do life with the God Almighty who never fails or breaks his promises. In your name, Jesus, Amen.
